On October 26th, the forum of “experts and senior leaders of media from Hong Kong inspect Hunan tea oil” was held in Hunan Forestry Bureau. It is reported that the exploratory mission arrived at Hengyang on October 23rd . And during October 24th and 25th, they inspected the tea oil enterprises, camellia oleifera cultivation base, towns of camellia oleifera and the research center of camellia oleifera in Hengyang, Yongzhou and Changsha. The members got the knowledge of the environment, history of development, and industrial pattern of Hunan camellia oleifera. They planned for Hunan camellia oleifera industry, offered advices for camellia oleifera to open the Hong Kong market.
Zhang Kaifeng-the vice inspector of Hunan Forestry Bureau, Deng Shaohong-the director of Hunan Camellia Oleifera Office, Guan Tianqiu-the president of Hunan Camellia Oleifera Industry Association, Chen Yongzhong-the researcher of Hunan Academy of Forestry Science, and Yuan Deyi-a professor of Central South University Of Forestory and Technology have communicated with exploratory mission of experts and senior leaders of media from Hong Kong. The activity was hosted by Hunan Forestry Bureau, undertook by Hong Kong Commercial Newspaper, and co-organized by Hunan Camellia Oleifera Industry Association. Zhang Jieling, the general manager of Hong Kong Commercial Newspaper, was in charge of the exploratory mission.
Hunan oil-tea is the best in China
Zhang Kaifeng introduced the history and the industrial advantages of Hunan camellia oleifera plantation. Zhang said that camellia oleifera was a traditional industry in Hunan which had the history of over 2300 years. All the time Hunan people have a traditional custom that they like to plant camellia oleifera and eat camellia oleifera. The culture and preference of camellia oleifera take root in people’s mind. Hunan Province has the most appropriate natural conditions for camellia oleifera to grow, such as weather, soil and beam. It is the best cultivation area and production area all over the country. The whole province has 122 county-level cities includes 120 of them have reached scale planting. Since 2008, Hunan Province has regarded camellia oleifera industry as an important industry contributing to national food’s safety, also as a support industry served as “ecology strengthens the province”， “rural revitalization” and “precision poverty alleviation”。 During the decade, Hunan has built 4.65 million mu of prolific oil-tea camellia forest, improved 8.44 million mu of the old oil-tea camellia forest. At the end of 2017, the total area of oil-tea camellia has reached 20.922 million mu in the whole province. The production of camellia oleifera has reached 291 thousand tons. Its total value of output during a year has reached 35 billion Yuan, which is the top in China. Consequently, there comes a situation that “ world’s camellia oleifera depends on China, China’s camellia oleifera depends on Hunan”。
Yang Xiaohu, the vice president of Hunan Camellia Oleifera Industry Association introduced the construction of “Hunan tea oil” public brand. He said that the activity to authorize public brand has started, there are 15 enterprises which have been authorized to enhance the influence of “Hunan tea oil” public brand. “Hunan tea oil” have been into Hong Kong and Macau markets. In the base of “the centers of agriculture exhibition of Hunan brand”， further arrange the “Hunan tea oil” special stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.

In order to open the market further, in the Hong Kong food exhibition and international tea exhibition which was held on August 16th to 18th ,2018, “Hunan tea oil” public brand made its debut and has been key recommended.
How to accomplish the goal of promoting Hunan tea oil in Hong Kong market? After three days visiting, exploratory mission members gave representative advices.
Zhang Jieling pointed that after three days visiting, he completely knew the nutrition value and unlimited business opportunities of tea oil. At same time, tea oil has strategic significance, developing oil-tea industry can change the situation that China has depend on foreign countries.
On the basis of the observation and understanding, Zhang thought that we need more adequate market analysis to realize market segmentation because of high price of tea oil . Many people do not know the value of tea oil and even question the quality of tea oil because of food problem. Hunan can consider establish a special foundation for oil-tea to dispel their suspicion by reporting. There is a long way for tea oil to surpass olive oil. Global Commercial Newspaper Union is confident and has the power to let tea oil abroad with Hong Kong elites.

The first time Hong Kong visitors get close to tea oil
Paying a visit to the squeeze production line of tea oil, tasting delicious tea oil food, getting the knowledge of the history of planting tea oil trees and nutrient value, experiencing the old way of squeezing oil. The first port of the exploratory mission was Da Sanxiang tea oil limited company, it was the first time for them to be so close to Hunan oil tea.
Da Sanxiang limited company was founded in December 2008, it is a company that develops oil-tea, makes refined products and sales the products with a complete sales chain. At present, the total asset of Da Sanxiang limited company is about 0.68 billion Yuan which is the leader of Chinese key national forestry enterprise and key agriculture industrial enterprise, which is also national high and new technology enterprise.
Chen Debao is a doctor of gourmet, he is also the national professional chef skill appraiser who has a picky taste bud. Refreshing and golden tea oil made him hold the cup to taste tea oil directly. He told the reporter that tea oil tasted so good that it is not greasy but truly fragrant. “The nutrient value of tea oil is higher that olive oil, drinking tea oil in order to keep health makes sense. When I go back, I will write an article specially for oil tea in a food magazine in order to make more people know such precious oil-tea. Later, I will make new dishes which use tea oil to let more people taste .”
Wen Xuezhen, a 83 years old lady who is a healthy vegetarian. Toast with tea oil is a delicious dish that made her amazed. She said: “ In Hong Kong, we often eat peanut oil, rapeseed oil and olive oil, however, the refreshing taste of tea oil let me aftertaste. If you are not healthy, how much money is not enough. Although oil tea is expensive, it is the healthiest edible oil. If I can buy it in Hong Kong, I will change my diet to eat tea oil.”
Wu Boxiong, the former economist and vice professor of Business Administration of Hong Kong Baptist University spend 1000 Yuan to buy 5.5 liters tea oil to Hong Kong. He said: “ I totally believe that it is physical squeezing pure tea oil after visiting workshop. It is such a pity that I can not buy tea oil in Hong Kong.”

Changning: oil tea make a large industry
Starting in Hengyang, exploratory mission drove half an hour to Changning along 302 provincial road. Tea oil trees stands in order along the road with spreading far away, white camellia flowers and red fruits put together a picture. This is the demonstration area of Hengyang.
Changning is an important part of Hengyang tea oil industry demonstration area. He Wanyu, the director of tea oil of Changning told to reporter that the total area of Changning oil-tea camellia forest is about one million mu, the covering of forest is 54.58%. Changning is the hometown of Chinese oil-tea which has built China’s only oil-tea biological industry base. Changning becomes the national oil-tea camellia demonstration county, demonstration county of woody oil region in China and the first county which has passed the CFCC. “Changning tea oil” becomes the first national geographical symbol. The richness go with tea oil, a special industry thrive in a special area. Tea oil industry becomes the most productive industry that can rich citizens.
Except the characteristics of oil-tea fruits guarantee the organic ecological environment, Changning do their best to guarantee every parts of planting oil-tea camellia trees to be organic ecology. He said: “Only solar trapping lamp can be used to control the pests in base and intelligent mechanical reclamation can be used to weed, herbicide can not be used. Changning has introduced provincial standard and forest certification standard organization production regulation. It has requirement of certainty about fertilizer types, the standard is also higher than national standard. Customers can purchase Changning tea oil without doubt.”

High yield oil-tea camellia forest has been praised
On October 25th, Lu shikui-the manager of Hunan Xuefeng Mountain tea oil company recommended intensely so the exploratory mission came to visit the demonstration park of Xuefeng Mountain and Daguo Mountain camellia oleifera industry which is located in East Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha City.
The demonstration park was founded in 2010 by Hunan Xuefeng Mountain tea oil cooperatives, it centralized show the result of Hunan modern efficient oil-tea production. There are special types of oil-tea camellia trees which were selected by Central South University Of Forestory and Technology, oil-tea camellia fruits covered the branches which amazed experts from Hong Kong. Lu said that this series fruits are big, the average diameter is over 57.73 millimeters and the average weight of fruits is about 68.75 gram.
In the demonstration park, Lu introduced to exploratory mission that the workers adopted the technology of low yield forest improvement, grafting technique and tea oil farmer’s specialized cooperative organization. It was understood that the specialized cooperative organization was established in 2008, it is the first cooperative organization that uses province name. There are 1000 members put up and this organization adopt the cooperative management pattern-“base, farmer and factory”， this pattern requires the wild oil-tea camellia seed to unified produce, unified brand, unified report and unified market. The annual output reaches 1500 tons at present.
