發展方向：重點發展海洋智能信息技術、海底數據倉試驗、海洋環境科技、水下防禦系統、海洋防腐技術等海洋應用型產業，以及智能捕撈技術、溫排水海域養殖等現代海洋服務產業。

    用海範圍：海頭-海尾港外圍、昌江核電站工業用海保留區西北方區域。規劃用海面及共1079.12平方公里。

Development direction: It will focus on marine application industries, such as marine intelligent information technology, submarine data warehouse test, marine environmental technology, underwater defense system, marine anti-corrosion technology, as well as modern marine service industries, such as intelligent fishing technology and warm drainage aquaculture.

Area of sea use: Outside Haitou-Haiwei Port, northwest area of Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant industrial sea reserve. The planned sea area is 1079.12 square kilometer.
