　Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Shenzhen has developed rapidly, creating a great miracle that makes the world look at it with new eyes. Shenzhen today is the epitome and witness of the significant historical change and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the sharing of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan areas of China and the sharing of international friends, this column tells about their experiences and feelings of studying, working, living and starting a business in Shenzhen. It shows the Shenzhen temperament of daring to venture, openness and inclusiveness, being pragmatic and law-abiding, pursuing excellence, and Shenzhen’s charm of being suitable for living, business and tourism. 　手機攝影的意義在於紀錄生活中難忘的一刻，或者動人的瞬間，同時在工作中也給我們帶來了更多便利。在這個人人都是攝影師的年代，手機內部強大的光學防抖功能，可讓每一幅手機拍出來的照片或作品更生動、有趣、清晰。

　林小軍博士專注研發手機OIS光學防抖技術已有15年。1998年，林小軍在香港中文大學物理系、獲得博士學位，創辦了香港三鳴科技、愛美特（深圳）科技有限公司。留校進行博士後研究三年後，加入香港應用科技研究院，成為創院專家成員之一。2006年，在香港應用科技研究院，林小軍帶領團隊研發出全球最早的OIS光學防抖技術，這項技術獲得2009年香港ICT創新技術大獎。OIS光學防抖技術革命性改變了手機拍照模式，並成為各大品牌手機攝像頭的標配，也讓眾多攝影小白實現創作優秀作品的夢想。

　林小軍認為，OIS光學防抖技術是智能手機攝像頭發展的一個重要里程碑，第一代OIS推出至今已發展到第5代，而且這項技術的深度應用仍在不斷研發當中。期間，林小軍被上海復旦大學信息工程學院聘為兼職教授，中科院上海光學精密機械研究所聘任為客座研究員。

　「當一款產品研發成型後，如何走出實驗室，如何量產走向市場，需要專業的商業化運作。眾所周知，手機製造產業鏈最成熟的地區就是深圳，這裏依託大灣區的利好政策，以其成熟的資源配套輻射全國，走向世界。」也因此，林小軍將自己創業的大本營選在了深圳坪山。「選擇在坪山深港澳青年創新創業基地落戶，是經過綜合考慮的。首先是坪山區對港澳青年創新創業的大力扶持政策吸引著我們；其次，我是做技術出身，在技術方面我是專家，同時我也是基地的技術專家導師，但在其他方面則不是我擅長的。而在這裏有專業的導師可以共同碰撞，解決品牌策劃，招商融資，以及市場對接等定製化服務，讓我們的產品走向市場更有信心！"

　不僅如此，林小軍還表示：「坪山這裏用人成本低，而且相關技術人才招聘更容易，與國內供應商業務往來也比較方便。區政府和深港澳青年創新創業基地經常會組織一些政策宣講、產業論壇、投融資對接等創新活動，還有獎勵豐厚的科技創新大賽。坪山有這麼好的創業條件和政策支持，為什麼不來這裏創業呢！」

　林小軍坦言，如果他一直在做學術，也可以過很安逸的生活，但自己心底一直有一個願望，就是希望能將所學專業轉化運用到人們生活中。希望在未來，每一部手機上都有自己公司的技術應用，每一幅手機拍攝的作品都能因公司的技術更出彩，哪怕這只是為改善人們生活做出的一點點貢獻。「坪山，讓我離夢想更近了一步。未來，我相信坪山、愛美特都將會有更好的發展前景！」

　The significance of mobile phone photography is to record the unforgettable or moving moment in our life, and bring us more convenience at work. In this age when everyone is a photographer, the powerful optical image stabilization (OIS) technology of the mobile phone can make every photo taken by the mobile phone more vivid, interesting and clear.

　Dr. Lin Xiaojun has focused on the development of OIS technology for mobile phones for 15 years. In 1998, Lin Xiaojun obtained his doctorate in the Physics Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and founded Sunming Technologies and Emmett (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. After three years of postdoctoral research, he joined the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and became one of the founding experts. In 2006, at ASTRI, Lin Xiaojun led the team to develop the world's earliest OIS technology, which won the 2009 Hong Kong ICT Award. OIS technology has revolutionized the mode of mobile phone photography, and has become the standard configuration of mobile phone cameras of major brands. It also makes many green hands of photography realize their dream of creating excellent works.

　Lin Xiaojun believes that OIS is an important milestone in the development of smartphone cameras. Since the first generation of OIS was launched, it has developed to the fifth generation, and the deep application of this technology is still under continuous research and development. During this period, Lin Xiaojun was employed as an adjunct professor by the School of Information Science and Technology of Fudan University and a visiting research fellow by the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

　"When a product is developed and formed, professional commercial operation is required to reach mass-produce and enter the market. As we all know, Shenzhen has the most mature mobile phone manufacturing industry chain. Relying on the favorable policies of the Greater Bay Area. Shenzhen becomes the pivot to China and goes global with its mature resources." Therefore, Lin Xiaojun chose Pingshan District of Shenzhen as his business base. "It is a comprehensive consideration to settle down in the Entrepreneurship Base for Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macao Youths in Pingshan District. Firstly, Pingshan district's strong supportive policies for innovation and entrepreneurship of youth from Hong Kong and Macao attract us; Secondly, I have a technical background. I am a technology expert. At the same time, I am also a technical tutor in the base, but I am not good at other aspects. Here there are professional tutors who can work together to solve the problems of brand planning, investment, financing, market docking, and other customized services so that we will have more confidence to promote our products in the market. "

　Besides, Pingshan has low employment costs, and it is easier to recruit relevant technical talents. It is also more convenient to do business with domestic suppliers at Pingshan, according to Lin Xiaojun. The district government and the Entrepreneurship Base often organize some innovation activities such as policy propaganda, industry forum, investment and financing docking, as well as highly rewarding science and technology innovation competitions. 　Lin Xiaojun said frankly that if he has been doing academic work, he can also live a very comfortable life, but he always has a wish in his heart that he can apply what he learned to change people's life. He hopes that, in the future, every mobile phone can install technology application of his company, and every photo taken by the mobile phone can be more brilliant because of the company's technology. It will be exciting, even just a minor contribution to improving people's lives. "Pingshan brings me closer to my dream.
