　Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Shenzhen has developed rapidly, creating a great miracle that makes the world look at it with new eyes. Shenzhen today is the epitome and witness of the significant historical change and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the sharing of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan areas of China and the sharing of international friends, this column tells about their experiences and feelings of studying, working, living and starting a business in Shenzhen. It shows the Shenzhen temperament of daring to venture, openness and inclusiveness, being pragmatic and law-abiding, pursuing excellence, and Shenzhen’s charm of being suitable for living, business and tourism. Under the historic opportunity of building the first pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Shenzhen is starting a new journey with the momentum of "reform does not stop, opening up does not stop", and as a tribute to the centenary of the CPC.

　2019年，陳潤富在深圳前海開啟了自己的創業之路。從產品設計到企業孵化，從香港上班族到來深創業者，從自給自足到服務香港青年，陳潤富選擇從深圳前海出發，實現自己的創業夢想。

　作為土生土長的香港人，2008年，23歲的陳潤富從香港城市大學視覺設計專業畢業，在香港從事設計工作。2016年，先後在北京、上海工作過一段時間，體驗到了內地一線城市的發展速度和生活節奏，最終，選擇了同為一線城市的深圳立業安家。在陳潤富看來，深圳的創新力和科技感十足，另外，深圳距離自己住在香港的父母也比較近。

　2019年，經大學老師推薦，陳潤富參加了由香港設計總會主辦、香港特區政府「創意香港」贊助、前海深港設計創意產業園二元橋作為合作夥伴的《大灣區創業孵化計劃2019》項目。有着多年實戰經驗的陳潤富，憑藉自己在富思工作室設計作品和項目管理的經驗，在創業大賽中輕鬆入選前50強初創創意企業，獲得15萬港幣的創業獎勵及入駐前海的機會，並成立前海富思傳媒（深圳）有限公司，正式開啟在前海的創業之路。

　陳潤富設計的第一個創業作品是動漫IP角色「苦獅」，旨在表達小人物也能創造奇蹟的香港獅子山下精神。陳潤富還先後加入了粵港澳大灣區青年創新創業中心和香港青年創新創業協會，接觸到更多在深圳、大灣區開啟夢想的港澳青年。「作為一個草根家庭出生的青年，能獲得這樣一個在深圳創業的機會非常難得。我不但要好好珍惜，還要幫助更多像我一樣的香港青年來深圳發展。」陳潤富感慨地說。

　作為推進深港合作的重要陣地，服務深港及世界青年創新創業的國際化服務平台，夢工場已成為深港國際青年創業者的搖籃。去年底，夢工場二期啟用運營，並迎來首批4家孵化機構和32家港台創新創業團隊入駐，形成夢工場一、二期聯合組建前海片區「創新產業孵化核」，打造香港「優勢產業集聚平台」，為深港合作提供更大的平台和舞台，助力形成粵港澳青年創新創業的新格局。

　陳潤富作為前海夢工場創業者中的一員，每天過得都很充實--忙着自己公司的相關業務，忙着為想要來深創業或發展的香港青年找投資、找融資、提供場地服務、對接深港政策等。對於目前的深港合作，陳潤富表示，雖然由於歷史等因素，香港與內地可能有一些文化上的差異，但希望能夠通過自己的努力將這種差異消除，依託政府支持和資源，乘著利好大環境讓更多香港同胞跨過深圳河，一起融入粵港澳大灣區發展之中。

　Chen Runfu：cherish the present, create miracles

　In 2019, Chen Runfu started his own business in Qianhai, Shenzhen. From product design to business incubation, from a Hong Kong office worker to a Shenzhen entrepreneur, and from self-sufficiency to serving Hong Kong youth, Chen Runfu chose to start from Qianhai to realize his entrepreneurial dream.

　Chen Runfu was born and raised in Hong Kong. Majoring in visual design, the 23-year-old Chen graduated from the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) in 2008, and worked in the design industry in Hong Kong. In 2016, He worked in Beijing and Shanghai for a period of time to experience the development speed and pace of life of the first-tier cities in the mainland, and finally chose Shenzhen to settle down and start his business. According to Chen Runfu, Shenzhen is full of innovation and the sense of science and technology. In addition, Shenzhen is relatively close to Hong Kong, the city where his parents live.

　In 2019, recommended by his teacher at CityU, Chen Runfu participated in the Incubation GBA 2019 project. The project is sponsored by Create Hong Kong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, administered by the Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations, and in collaboration with Qianhai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Design & Creative Industries Park Zetta Bridge. With many years of practical experience, Chen Runfu, relying on his design work and project management experience in FC Studio, was easily selected as one of the top 50 innovative start-ups in Incubation GBA 2019. He won the entrepreneurship award of HK $150,000 and got the opportunity to start his business in Qianhai area. He established Qianhai FC Media (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, officially stepping on the road of entrepreneurship there.

　The first entrepreneurship work designed by Chen Runfu is the animation IP character "Hard Tiger", which aims to express the spirit of Hong Kong Lion Rock that common people can also create miracles. Chen Runfu also joined the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center，Innovation and Entrepreneurship Society of Hong Kong, met more Hong Kong and Macao youth who chase their dreams in Shenzhen and GBA. "As a young man born in a grassroots family, it is very rare to get such an opportunity to start a business in Shenzhen. I will cherish this opportunity and help more Hong Kong youth like me come to Shenzhen for development. " Chen Runfu said.

　As an important platform for promoting Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation and an international service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship for young people from Shenzhen, Hong Kong and the rest of the world, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub has become the cradle for them to start their business. At the end of last year, the second phase of the hub was put into operation, and the first batch of 4 incubators and 32 innovation and entrepreneurship teams from Hong Kong and Taiwan entered the hub. The first and second phases of the hub jointly set up the "innovation industry incubation core" in Qianhai area and create a platform for gathering advantageous industries of Hong Kong, which provides a larger stage for Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation and helps to form a new pattern of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

　As one of the entrepreneurs of the hub, Chen Runfu has a tight schedule every day: he is busy with the relevant affairs of his company. Besides, He spends much time on looking for investment, financing, providing venue services, docking with Shenzhen and Hong Kong policies for Hong Kong youth who want to develop or start a business in Shenzhen. As for the current cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, Chen Runfu said that although there may be some cultural differences between Hong Kong and the mainland due to historical and other factors, he hopes to eliminate these differences through his own efforts. Relying on the government's support and resources, and taking advantage of the favorable environment, more Hong Kong compatriots can cross the Shenzhen River and integrate into the development of GBA.
