Shenzhen today is the epitome and witness of the significant historical change and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the sharing of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan areas of China and the sharing of international friends, this column tells about their experiences and feelings of studying, working, living and starting a business in Shenzhen. 　離開香港到深圳創業3年多的時間裏，「90後」香港青年郭瑋強和團隊創立的前海隨身寶（深圳）科技有限公司，成功自主研發出帶有雙電源供電系統的行李箱。該行李箱可提供充電、稱重、防盜追蹤、指紋鎖等功能。目前，前海隨身寶科技申請了20多個專利，與新秀麗等10多個海內外知名箱包品牌進行合作。該公司已完成了兩輪融資，估值超過1億元人民幣。

　在郭瑋強眼中，研發和商業拓展方面採取「內地+香港」合作的做法，能夠快速實現將研發成果落地的創業夢。他說：「香港擁有雄厚的高校研發實力，深圳則擁有豐富經驗的工程師。香港科技大學、香港中文大學在授課時會有技術研發等課程，我們會把這些研究成果帶到深圳，與這邊的工程師合作進行開發落地。」

　郭瑋強稱，近兩三年來，前海隨身寶科技所生產的行李箱約2.5萬個。除了中國市場，該行李箱也銷往國際市場，包括美國、法國、意大利、巴西、阿根廷等國家。

　從小在香港長大，郭瑋強到內地的創業之路也不是一帆風順。創業初期，因缺乏對內地營商制度、法律、稅務等專業知識的了解，他花了不少時間去適應。郭瑋強說：「內地辦公地點的選擇、人手招聘、稅務等方面的情況與香港有差異，但是前海官方在這個過程中給我們提供各項諮詢，協助我們更快地解決問題，融入大灣區發展。」

　深圳和香港兩地近年來互聯互通更為緊密，兩地產業互補性也越來越強，尤其在科創領域。深圳為香港青年前來實習、就業、創業和生活等方面提供利好措施，以補助形式鼓勵香港青年到深圳就業，包括在深圳前海建成深港青年夢工場、深港設計創意產業園、前海深港創新中心等。

　在香港青年「北上」追逐夢想的人潮中，郭瑋強屬於先行探路、摸索前進的那一批人。作為香港青年創新創業協會副會長、前海青年夢工場創業聯盟副會長，郭瑋強平時經常參加深港兩地舉辦的創業活動、論壇等，把自己在大灣區發展情況，包括在大灣區發展的優勢、政策扶持等內容分享給香港青年。郭瑋強說：「香港青年可以先踏出第一步到內地來，深度了解內地發展情況，同時結合香港的優勢，在運營服務、技術研發上進行深度合作。」

　After leaving Hong Kong and starting a business in Shenzhen for more than three years, Guo Weiqiang, a "post-90s" young man from Hong Kong, and R-Guardian, founded by Guo and his team, have independently developed a suitcase with a dual power supply system. The suitcase can provide charging, weighing, anti-theft tracking, fingerprint lock, and other functions. At present, R-Guardian has applied for more than 20 patents and cooperated with more than ten well-known suitcase brands at home and abroad, such as Samsonite. The company has completed two rounds of financing with a valuation of more than RMB 100 million.

　In Guo Weiqiang's eyes, the practice of "mainland + Hong Kong" cooperation in R&D and business development can quickly realize the entrepreneurial dream of landing R&D achievements. He said: "Hong Kong has a strong R&D capability in universities, while Shenzhen has experienced engineers. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Chinese University of Hong Kong will offer courses in technology research and development. We will bring these research results to Shenzhen and cooperate with engineers here to develop and implement them. "

　According to Guo Weiqiang, in the past two or three years, R-Guardian has produced about 25,000 suitcases. In addition to the Chinese market, the suitcases were also sold to international markets, including the United States, France, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, and other countries.

　Growing up in Hong Kong, Guo Weiqiang's entrepreneurial journey in the mainland has not been smooth sailing. At the beginning of his career, he spent a lot of time adapting to the mainland

　due to the lack of professional knowledge of the mainland's business system, law, and taxation policies. "There are differences between the mainland and Hong Kong in the choice of office location, recruitment, taxation, and other aspects, but Qianhai officials provide us with various consultations in this process to help us solve problems faster and integrate into the development of the Greater Bay Area (GBA) ," Guo said.

　In recent years, Shenzhen and Hong Kong have become more interconnected, and their industries are becoming more complementary, especially in the field of science and technology. Shenzhen provides favorable measures for Hong Kong youth to come to Shenzhen for internship, employment, entrepreneurship, and life. Shenzhen also encourages Hong Kong youth to work in Shenzhen in the form of subsidies, including the construction of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (E-hub), the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Design Innovation Hub, and Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Center, etc.

　Among the Hong Kong youths "going north" to pursue their dreams, Guo Weiqiang belongs to the group who explored the way first. As the vice president of Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association and vice president of the E-hub entrepreneur alliance, Guo Weiqiang often participates in entrepreneurship activities and forums held in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to share his development in the GBA, including GBA's advantages and policy support. Guo Weiqiang said: "Hong Kong youth can take the first step to come to the mainland to have an in-depth understanding of its development. At the same time, in combination with Hong Kong's advantages, they can carry out in-depth cooperation in operation services and technology research and development."
