　Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Shenzhen has developed rapidly, creating a great miracle that makes the world look at it with new eyes. Shenzhen today is the epitome and witness of the significant historical change and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the sharing of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan areas of China and the sharing of international friends, this column tells about their experiences and feelings of studying, working, living and starting a business in Shenzhen. It shows the Shenzhen temperament of daring to venture, openness and inclusiveness, being pragmatic and law-abiding, pursuing excellence, and Shenzhen’s charm of being suitable for living, business and tourism. 　「現在的年輕人，除了要求好的薪水，好的辦公環境也是加分項。」「90後」港青、蜜蜂科技BEEPLUS聯合創始人戴健進表示，很多入駐BEEPLUS的企業反饋，「在這裏辦公留人容易，招人更容易，不少年輕人都喜歡我們的辦公風格」。

　戴健進在大灣區學習工作已是第11個年頭，可謂擁抱大灣區港青的資深代表。1992年出生的戴健進，畢業於北京師範大學-香港浸會大學聯合國際學院（UIC）。他也是BEEPLUS團隊中唯一的香港青年。為什麼會在內地創業？「因為在大學結識到一群很好的同學和朋友」，戴健進笑著說。2013年，正在讀大三的戴健進和同學在珠海大學城附近開了一家餐飲店，僅用了4個月時間就收回了所有投資成本。「規模擴大後，我們希望找一個合適的地方辦公，但找遍了珠海都沒有。」戴健進團隊於是決定打造屬於自己的辦公室，剛好團隊從美國旅遊回來，「我們看到fb等大企業的辦公環境非常fancy，非常open，好好玩，好cool，所以很希望將這種辦公室氛圍帶回國內。」

　2015年，珠海大學城邊，由36個貨櫃箱改造而成的辦公空間成為BEEPLUS的第一個辦公項目。「當時我們餐飲團隊只用了幾間辦公室，其他辦公室租給了同在珠海的創業團隊，不到一個月全部租磬。當時就意識到，辦公室市場非常大，越來越多的年輕人，對好的辦公環境有非常大的需求」，戴健進說，團隊由此堅定全身心投入其中，為更多新時代年輕人打造有幸福感和愉悅感的辦公環境。

　BEEPLUS以全新的辦公理念設計打造新型產業空間創業基地，並提供一站式服務。「很多企業都希望有好的創新的辦公載體，可以服務到他們引入的企業和人才。」戴健進說，BEEPLUS還通過整體的方案輸出、定位、設計以及後期的運營招商，幫地產開發商解決空置率過高的問題。目前，BEEPLUS服務的港澳企業有110家，這些企業遍布在大灣區不同城市。

　「對香港年輕人來說，無論是深圳還是整個大灣區，創業創新氛圍都非常成熟和良好，各方面的政策和補貼也都很完善。」戴健進認為，現在是港澳青年來內地發展非常好的黃金時期。「身邊很多香港朋友都是做科創行業，他們認為在內地有更多的機會和商機，也能節省很多人力成本。」在戴健進的推薦下，不少朋友都在內地設立了辦公室，越來越多的香港科創團隊加入BEEPLUS。戴健進坦言，BEEPLUS選擇深圳作為業務總部，也是因為深圳創業氛圍濃厚，業務有更大的發展空間。在深圳福田、南山、寶安、光明、前海等多個區，BEEPLUS均有產業空間項目。

　「深港融合是大趨勢，越早了解自己在深港兩地發展中的優勢，對個人發展來說非常好。」戴健進認為，如果小學生或者大學生知道他們在大灣區還有這麼多的發展機會和選擇，可能他將來的成長或人生規劃會更加豐富。戴健進說，PLUS寓意著無限可能，之所以取名BEEPLUS，也是希望通過這個空間，為更多勤勞合作的小蜜蜂加載更多可能性。

　"Nowadays, for young people, in addition to a high salary, a good office environment is also a plus." The "Post-90s" Hong Kong youth, Dai Jianjin, the Co-founder of BEEPLUS, said that many companies in BEEPLUS reflect that it is easy to recruit or retain talents here because young people like the style of BEEPLUS office.

　In his 11th year of study and work in the Greater Bay Area, Dai can be considered a senior representative of Hong Kong youth embracing the area. Born in 1992, Dai graduated from the Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC). He is the only Hong Kong youth of the BEEPLUS team. When he was asked why he wanted to start a business in the mainland, Dai said with a smile that he met a group of good classmates and friends in the university. In 2013, Dai, a junior student, opened a restaurant near Zhuhai university town, and it took only four months to recover all the investment costs. "After the expansion, we hoped to find a suitable place to work. We searched all over Zhuhai but couldn't find one. " Therefore, Dai and his team decided to build their own office. At that time, they were just traveled back from the United States. "We noticed that the office environment of Facebook and other large enterprises is very fancy open, funny, and cool, so I hope to bring this kind of office atmosphere back to China."

　In 2015, the office space transformed from 36 containers in Zhuhai university town became the first office project of BEEPLUS. "At that time, our catering team only used several offices, and we rented other offices to the entrepreneurial groups in Zhuhai. All of the offices were rented in less than a month. At that time, we realized that the office market was huge, and young people had a massive demand for a good office environment, "Dai said. The team firmly devoted themselves to this field and created a happy and pleasant office environment for more young people in the new era.

　BEEPLUS designs and builds brand-new entrepreneurship bases with unprecedented office philosophy and provides one-stop services. "Many enterprises hope to have an innovative office carrier, which can serve the enterprises and talents they introduce. BEEPLUS also helps real estate developers solve the problem of high vacancy rates through overall project output, positioning, design, and investment operation," Dai said. At present, BEEPLUS serves 110 Hong Kong and Macao enterprises in different cities in the Greater Bay Area.

　"For young people in Hong Kong, the entrepreneurial and innovation atmosphere is very mature and sound, and policies and subsidies in all aspects are also perfect, whether in Shenzhen or the whole Greater Bay Area." Dai believes that it is a golden period for Hong Kong and Macao youth to come to the mainland for development. "Many Hong Kong friends around us are in the science and technology industry. They think there are more business opportunities in the mainland, and they can save a lot of human costs. " With Dai's recommendation, many friends have set up offices in the mainland, and more and more Hong Kong science and technology teams join BEEPLUS. Dai admitted that BEEPLUS chose Shenzhen as its business headquarters because of its strong entrepreneurial atmosphere and remarkable business development space. BEEPLUS has industrial space projects in many districts of Shenzhen, such as Futian, Nanshan, Bao'an, Guangming, Qianhai, and other areas.

　"Shenzhen-Hong Kong integration is a megatrend. The earlier you understand your advantages in the development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the better it is for your personal development. " Dai believes that if primary school students or college students know that they have so many opportunities and choices in the Greater Bay Area, their future growth or life planning will be more abundant. "The word 'PLUS' means unlimited possibilities, and the reason why we call ourselves 'BEEPLUS' is to load more possibilities for hardworking and cooperative 'bees ' through this space", Dai said.
