　Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, Shenzhen has developed rapidly, creating a great miracle that makes the world look at it with new eyes. Shenzhen today is the epitome and witness of the significant historical change and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the sharing of compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan areas of China and the sharing of international friends, this column tells about their experiences and feelings of studying, working, living and starting a business in Shenzhen. It shows the Shenzhen temperament of daring to venture, openness and inclusiveness, being pragmatic and law-abiding, pursuing excellence, and Shenzhen』s charm of being suitable for living, business and tourism. 　「我和團隊根植前海，畫出了屬於我們的最美最好的『圖畫』，現在已將這『圖畫』带入到了深圳其他區域，我要感謝深圳感謝前海為我們搭建起了創業圓夢的天地。」香港創業青年、學學科技CEO陳升發自內心地說。

　陳升說，他高中時就有「带著創業心、圓夢在深圳」的理想。2002年，當同齡人還在無憂無慮享受高中校園生活時，17歲的陳升已開始對人生「加碼」。趁著暑假，陳升去日本代購潮牌，正是這段經歷讓他萌發了創業初心。「我去日本創業的同時，身邊有同學去了深圳創業。回到香港之後，同學告訴我，深圳創業市場很大，對香港青年有著非常好的政策待遇。也就是從那時起，我動了去深圳創業的念頭，並開始關注在深創業的政策，這種關注一直持續到大學畢業。」陳升說。

　大學畢業後，陳升在一家世界500強企業工作。由於工作關係，經常要往來于香港和深圳之間，這讓陳升對深圳的發展情況愈加熟悉，再度強化了他「带著創業心、圓夢在深圳」的念頭。「2012年，我回歸創業大軍，和朋友創立了一家人力資源培訓公司。就在這一年的12月7日，我和很多香港青年都關注到了習近平總書記在前海石邊發表的講話，一時間，前海成了我們熱議的話題。前海的各種扶持政策都非常好，我們一致認為，前海就是香港青年在內地創業的首選之地。」

　2015年，陳升在深圳前海深港現代服務業合作區注冊成立學學科技（深圳）有限公司（下稱「學學科技」），並成功入駐前海深港青年夢工場。學學科技的主營業務是解決物流配送的「最後一公里」以及進口零食電商平台。作為首批在前海創業的香港團隊之一，學學科技創業不到一年，就獲首輪融資5000萬元。經過5年多的努力和奮鬥，學學科技的影響力逐日壯大，現公司估值達8.2億元人民幣。

　在陳升看來，他和團隊創業的成功得益於深圳肥沃的創業土壤：深圳是一座務實的城市，為青年一代的創業、發展提供了非常友好和寬鬆的環境；深圳一直處在改革開放的前沿，各項惠民政策落實比較到位；粵港澳大灣區建設和中國特色社會主義先行示範區建設給予深圳更大的發展空間……陳升細數來深圳創業發展的好處，並坦言，他現在總是積極向香港青年講述自己在前海創業的成功模式，希望他們多來深圳「走走」「創創」。

　陳升表示，深圳和香港同為粵港澳大灣區核心城市，兩座城市間的合作也越來越緊密。「作為最早一批在前海創業的香港團隊，我有義務和責任將我的經驗和我總結的『前海模式』推廣複製到其他區域。我相信，通過我的推廣，會有更多香港青年來深圳創業，跟我一起繼續精雕細琢、精耕細作，繪出最美最好的圖畫。」目前，陳升還擔任著（香港）青年專業聯盟秘書長及資訊科技界副會長、前海深港青年事務專業諮詢委員會委員、第六屆深圳科學技術協會代表。

　Chen Sheng: explore and create, draw a beautiful picture of future

　「My team and I rooted in Qianhai and drew the most beautiful and best『picture』of us. Now we have brought this『picture』to other areas of Shenzhen. I want to thank Shenzhen and Qianhai for giving the platform to us to start a business and realize our dream.」 Chen Sheng, Hong Kong's entrepreneurial youth and CEO of Xuexue technology, said from the bottom of his heart.

　Chen said that when he was in high school, he had the ideal of living in Shenzhen to realize his entrepreneurial dream. In 2002, when his peers were still enjoying the care-free high school life, the 17-year-old Chen had already started to 「step up「 his life. During the summer vacation, Chen Sheng went to Japan to buy trendy brands, and it was this experience that gave him the initial idea of entrepreneurship. 「I went to Japan to start a business, at the same time, some of my classmates went to Shenzhen to start a business. After returning to Hong Kong, my classmate told me that Shenzhen has a large market for entrepreneurship and has excellent policy treatment for Hong Kong youth. From then on, I moved to Shenzhen to start a business and began to pay attention to the policy of entrepreneurship in Shenzhen, and this focus has continued until I graduated from university,」 Chen said.

　After graduating from the university, Chen worked in a Fortune 500 company. Due to his work, he often travels between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, which makes Chen more familiar with the development of Shenzhen and reinforces his idea of working in Shenzhen to realize his entrepreneurial dream. 「In 2012, I tried again to start a business and founded a human resource training company with my friends. On December 7th of this year, many young people in Hong Kong and I paid great attention to the speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at Qianhai. For a while, Qianhai became our hot topic. Qianhai's various support policies are brilliant. We all agree that Qianhai is the first choice for Hong Kong youth to start businesses in the mainland. 「

　In 2015, Chen Sheng established Xuexue Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xuexue Technology) in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone and successfully settled in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub. The main business of Xuexue Technology is providing the solutions of the 「last mile「 of logistics distribution and import snack e-commerce platform. As one of the first batches of Hong Kong teams to start businesses in Qianhai, Xuexue Technology received the first round of financing of 50 million yuan in less than one year. After more than five years of effort, the influence of Xuexue Technology is growing day by day, and the company's valuation is up to 820 million yuan.

　In Chen's view, the success of his team's entrepreneurship benefits from Shenzhen's fertile entrepreneurial soil: Shenzhen is a pragmatic city, providing a very friendly and relaxed environment for entrepreneurship and development for the young generation. Shenzhen has been at the forefront of reform and opening up, and various policies for benefiting the people have been implemented. Besides, the building of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and the Pilot Demonstration Area of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics gives Shenzhen more space for development... Chen recounts the benefits of starting a business in Shenzhen and admits that he is always actively telling Hong Kong youth about his successful business model in Qianhai, hoping that they will come to Shenzhen more often to visit and explore.

　Chen Sheng said that Shenzhen and Hong Kong are the core cities of the Greater Bay Area, and the cooperation between the two cities is becoming closer and closer. 「As one of the first Hong Kong teams to start a business in Qianhai, I have the obligation and responsibility to promote and copy my experience and the 'Qianhai model' I acquired to other regions. I believe that through my promotion, more and more young people from Hong Kong will come to Shenzhen to start their own businesses and work with me to create the most beautiful future. 」 At present, Chen also serves as the Secretary-General of the Young Professionals Alliance, a member of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Affairs Professional Advisory Committee, and a representative of the Sixth Assembly of the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology.
